We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for us to fill your spot and impact our ability to serve all of our guests.
Please note: repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit of up to 50% of your service cost to rebook.
